About Rob Zoeller
I'm a 120kg strongman competitor who got started in 2025 after watching a friend compete and deciding it looked like a good idea. The jury is still out on whether that was actually true.
At 38, I'm newer to the sport than most of the athletes I compete against, so every contest is an opportunity to learn something new. When I'm not in the gym, you'll usually find me reading fantasy novels, playing video games, or enjoying hobbies that are significantly easier on my back. My goal isn't to be the biggest name in the sport. I just want to keep improving, see how far I can go, and have some fun along the way.
