The ATP Classic 2027 — Events

<p>Athlete will start with hands off the sandbag. On the start command, the athlete will load the sandbag over the first cross bar. The athlete will then pick the bag back up, run down to the 2nd cross bar, and load the bag over it. The athlete will then switch sides and load the bag back over the same cross bar. The athlete will then pick the bag up one last time and carry &amp; load the sandbag back over the 1st cross bar from the opposite direction </p><p>Placement will be decided by how fast the athlete can complete all 4 carry + loads.</p><p>Time stops when the bag hits the floor after the last load.</p><p>If the athlete does not finish the event, they will be credited with the number of successful loads they completed.</p><p>No distance will be taken.</p><p>load height - 52" Men &amp; 48" Women </p><p>Bag used for loading - Husafell Sandbag </p>

<p>Athlete will begin on starting line, when giving the start command athlete will pick from 1 of 3 implements. A Log, Axle or Circus dumbbell, once athlete chooses an implement they will begin to clean and press it, the person with the most reps wins. Once an athlete touch's an implement they are not allowed to change to a different implement. Athlete will have 60 seconds. Shot clock rule applied. Event will be run Head-to-head. Shirt required.</p>

<p>Max deadlift! 3 Attempts, fail and you are out. Rising bar set up, 10lb increments for women and 20lb for men maxes under 550lb will use a Kabuki deadlift bar maxes over 550lb will use the Kratos 10ft barbell from Cerberus Athletes will have 30 seconds and will strap in on their own time. Event will be run with 3 Lanes!!!</p>

<p>On "Athlete ready" command athlete will take their grip on the implement, on the start command weight will release &amp; athlete will hold on for as long as possible, placement is decided by who holds on the longest, Hook grip is not allowed.</p>
